Absolutely beautiful property. 2 bedroom 3 bathroom, full kitchen and balcony with amazing views. Located in the perfect neighborhood. Walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and right in front of a huge park. Building Security does an amazing job keeping the building and guests safe. They are professional and helpful with anything you need. Unfortunately I did not get a chance to visit the pool but I can guarantee it's clean and stunning. I visited 4 different hotels/apartments all over Ecuador and by far this was the best!

Es gibt keinen Checkin Schalter. Man muss sich per WhatsApp bei einer Nummer melden. An diese Nummer muss man eine Kopie des Reisepasses senden, worauf hin man dann eine QR-Code bekommt. Nur mit diesem QR-Code lässt der Sicherheitsbeamter einen in das Gebäude hinein. Frühstück gibt es gegenüber beim Bäcker. Für die Milch muss man extra bezahlen. Man kann nur ein Menü auswählen und zum Beispiel zum Omelette nicht noch einen Müsli essen. Wenn man ins Gym oder an den Pool möchte, müsste man das vorher buchen. Wenn man davor steht, sieht man zwar, dass das Gym und der Pool komplett leer sind aber der Sicherheitsbeamte lässt einen ohne zusätzlichen Code nicht hinein. Noch nicht mal für ein Foto. Von der Rooftop wird man dorthin gelassen. Für alles muss man bitten und betteln. Nie wieder. Die Fenster haben Einfachverglasung und sind zudem noch undicht und man hört einfach alles. Da das Hotel an zwei Straßen liegt, ist es sehr laut. Einfach unglaublich.

If you enjoy SLEEP DEPRIVATION, this is THE #1 place in Quito. They say the windows are soundproofed -but this is just a Misrepresentation. The noises of the street -this is very busy area- are just UNBEARABLE :( Motorbikes, trucks, delivery vans, buses, ambulances, police and people honking. ALL DAY, AND ALL NIGHT LONG! We could NOT REST at this place at ALL. It was just like Sleep deprivation. Staff was acomodating though and it is definetely not their fault.

Es un apto hermoso, con excelente ubicación, pero se escucha todo lo que pasa en la calle, no dormí nada. Igual seria bueno poner black out tradicional ya que entra demasiada luz en la habitacion. La piscina es por horarios, bella y con una vista gebial, perp estaba medio fría.

Habitación y todo en general en mal estado con muchísimo ruido todo el tiempo de las avenidas de abajo pues ninguna ventana tenía aislantes y, además proceso de check in muy malo y baño con regadera mal montada saliendo agua por todos lados . Muy muy mala experiencia

Un lugar muy céntrico, la vista increíble y el apartamento realmente en excelentes condiciones. NO hay acceso a la piscina aunque está en las amenidades que ofrecen, incluso no fue posible ni subir a la terraza porque los propietarios permanentes no lo permiten. No deberían de ponerlo como amenidad si no está disponible, resto todo perfecto.

Außen hui und Service Pfui

Leider war diese Erfahrung nicht wie erwartet und wir waren über einiges enttäuscht. Haus von außen top, sicher und Pool unglaublich schön und warm. Kommunikation über Nutzung von Pool und Gym hat gefehlt. Wir mussten dann erfahren, dass der Pooll und gym nur auf Voranmeldung täglich zu einem der Betreiber günstigen Zeitpunkt möglich ist. Für das Wechseln der Badetücher im Zimmer wollten sie dann 5 doller und das Zimmer wird nur alle drei Tage gemacht, was so auch nirgends stand! Die Fenster waren total undicht und auch im 18 Stockwerk konnte man die Leute auf der Straße hören, geschweige der Verkehr!

We stayed at a one bedroom apartment facing east. This unit was on the 23rd floor and though it was high from the ground the noise of the city was loud. For a moment I felt I was in New York as the near by Atahualpa Stadium was testing the sound for a local concert. The other thing I noticed was that it gets hot in the morning if you don’t lower the window treatments. And one minus was that there is no dryer in the unit. Yet, they have a laundry room in the building which was ok. The unit had a washer and that was great for us. The view of the city was great and if you go to the terrace you could see and amazing views of Quito. The infinity pool at the terrace is heated nice and cozy after a long day of work or walking, it was a plus. The only reason I rate the property as 4 starts, because no dryer and they only provide me with on roll of toilet paper and 2 bath towels and two hand towels. The staff is very professional and well organized. You have open communication with reception via chat all the time if need anything they are very helpful. Location Location Lotion The building is across Carolina Park and I enjoyed a morning walked. República del Salvador offers great places to eat and if you have business meeting the coffee shops nearby are great. The Quicentro in Naciones Unidas and Mega Maxi in 6 de Dicirmbre are a 5 minute walk. Safety! The building has full time Security at the front office. The neighbor felt pretty safe to me.

Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Hotel ist eher schwierig, da sehr zeitverzögert auf WhatsApp Nachrichten reagiert wird. Die Lage des Hotels ist sowohl bei Uber als auch bei Google Maps als auch bei Apple Maps falsch angegeben. Deshalb hab ich mit dem Uber zur Anreise erst einmal eine kleinere Stadtrundfahrt machen müssen. Der Zugang zum Pool als auch zum Fitnessstudio sind sehr schwer, da man sich erst anmelden muss. Das Frühstück ist sehr spärlich und ich musste für Milch im Café betteln. Das Apartment wiederum ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und hat eine schöne Aussicht
