On arrival , have told that i am senstive to noise, I was polite on my request . The reception said yes sir , yes sir, yes sir. I was shocked that they booked a room that wall was sharing to elevator , next wall was sharing to service room. Next day , it was resolved. I thanked management. they changed to another room in the same floor.
To add surprise more to new room, 430 am in the morning directly above my new room , the cleaning staff started to clean room , drag & move the furniture , so it was much annoying. in which hotel , will they do this? 430 am - 6 am , so much disturbed sleep.
the staff must stop saying yes sir yes sir yes sir for all. They are loosing the comprehension to understand the conversation and request. They must focus on reciprocating the conversation and request.
