Joli studio bien aménagé. Grande salle de bains. Pratique pour 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Un peu excentré de Londres ; la Piccadilly line n’est pas très loin mais ce week-end là elle était en maintenance donc ça a rallongé le temps pour aller au centre ville (train + bus ou métro). Parking gratuit dans la rue, pratique. Le point negatif c’était la chaleur, le ventilateur ne suffisait pas à évacuer la chaleur étouffante. Heureusement nous étions surtout là pour dormir et visiter la ville.

Decent well-valued room. Spacious with basic amenities like kettle, tea, coffee, towels, TV, microwave and fridge. Was clean apart from someone else's used chewing gum on the table. The curtains let in a lot of light and it's quite noisy but still think it's a good stay if you want a basic place to rest your head at a good value and no regrets at all.

The room was as advertised, easy to access, clean and comfortable. There were no staff present but a text message was responded to quickly and helpfully. Only moan is the free parking just means street parking which is unregulated 3pm to 11am but if you stayed more than 1 night you would have to find alternative parking during the 11-3 period. Overall excellent value and would happily stay again.

Our room was immaculately clean with a very comfortable bed. Our host was very communicative, helping with the free on street parking and providing us with kitchen cookware and utensils and a cot. The rooms are very comfy and well kept and there is plenty nearby. Thank you for having us!

Stayed in room 4 which is spacious, clean and well equipped. Spotless bathroom, plenty of towels, two double beds. The only two downsides were the pervasive smell of hashish on entering and on the stairwell. No hot water in the taps,but the shower is an electrical unit so no major problem. Parking on street outside. Slightly hard to find in the satnav. It is slightly down the road on the corner opposite the park. Given the price it's is five stars. Sort of place that works as long as you are paying the right amount.

The apartment was very clean and spacious and had a lovely smell when we arrived. Just what we needed for an efficient stay. Lovely bathroom. The only thing that I would say for next time is tea and coffee are included, would have been nice to have a couple of the little Uht milk cartons to have with it. Otherwise would recommend.

I was asked about my check in and the check in staff - well there aren’t any staff. You get an email (which in my case came after I arrived at the property). Instructions regarding parking are vague and I had to message for further clarification. The email told that arrived after I did informed me if I wanted a hot plate and pans for cooking, I had to request them in advance. That’s helpful. The room was ok, not outstanding as many reviews suggested. I’m sure I could have done better for the same money.

Room is basic Cleanliness is average Check in isn’t good Issue with the door on exit meant being trapped in the building for an hour Despite 15 calls to the contact number between 0730-0830, and a number of messages on Experian and text, there was no reply A message was sent on Hotels.com at 2230 saying there was an issue with the door and it would be locked (only read this in the morning when trying to exit the building) that the door was faulty and would be locked. A key is in the front garden (on the other side of the locked door!!) The door was the only fire exit in the building and it was key locked from the outside and the key left in the garden! None of other residents had a key either . Management did not have the intelligence to give each room a key, for those who were in the building before the door was locked Also, it’s another level of idiocy to lock the door that is sign posted as the fire exit, and looks to be the only fire exit

Booked through Hotels.com 3 months prior to arrival date. Received confirmation and receipt for payment and reminder emails from Hotels.com but nothing from the property. On the morning of the arrival I emailed them only to be told they had no knowledge of my booking and they were fully booked. They did offer us the first night of 3 but then we'd have to move. We didn't stay at all as other accommodation found. We got full refund within a couple of days and they said they were working on the issue to avoid this happening in the future.

It was a bit of a stressful experience checking in as there was an issue with the door to get into the building - after entering the code the door knob wouldn't open the door. There is a ring doorbell through which I made contact with the staff who gave me a different code to try, but they also suggested buzzing through to other rooms in the property to get other guests to help me enter the building. The staff were trying to help as much as they could but if there is a known issue with the door, relying on other guests to enter the building is not acceptable and someone should come out to sort this. It didn't give me much confidence in my stay at this accommodation and whether I'd be able to come and go as I needed to. Aside from the door, I was on the top floor and inside everything seemed well maintained, there is a microwave, a kettle, a fridge etc. However the sink next to the microwave is very loose! Also, as the weather was relatively warm during my stay this was felt in the room too! There was a fan and the window was left open for ventilation, but it took a long time to try and get cool in there.

I'm review might be slightly tarnished by the fact I had the worst night sleep, or lack their off. Next door literally playing music and could here them chatting all night, I had my shower at circa 6am and this is when they stopped, but must have left TV on. Positive: good value for money and plenty of amenities and a relatively spacious room, and 10/15 minute walk to Wood Green Underground Station. Negative: -Bed sheet presented me with a stain .. round oval shaped stain!! -Sound proofing is poor including outside traffic and internally. - I'm a big bloke and I wouldn't want my daughter staying here, felt a bit iffy, digital door locks were not very convincing and I rammed the door with chairs and other bits and bobs. - albeit a big bed so didn't impact me the bottom of the bed was caved in..I lifted the mattress and could see the slats were broken or loose. -curtains on the small side and fully closed still leaves a nominal gap. Trying to be as honest as possible as I do like the concept but I won't be staying again purely down to the noise and no sleep. I imagine if someone was onsite they would monitor this and address but that's not the case!

Nothing to really dislike. Initially I had a panic when I reread the check in details which said I would get a follow up email with details. Fortunately Expedia stepped in and sorted it out. I checked my spam folder etc but I never received the email. I slept well, it is in a convenient location, just a 10 min walk to the regular W3 bus to Ally Pally. I think it would be good to have had some basic tea / coffee / milk. There should at least be some water in the room. I know there is a kitchen tap but bottled water would be better. The curtains in my room could do with being blackout ones. The table lamp didn’t work. Minor details would have boosted my score.
