Very good locations walking distance to almost all the attractions shopping and churches. What I didn’t like was that there is no staff in the building, the television and telephone in room #9 did not work also have a issue with the showers it was very difficult to adjust to warm waterI was getting only hot water, even the housekeeping that came the next day was getting hard time to adjust it. It’s an older building so you can hear when people goes up and down the stairs. This is a 3 story building with no elevator.

Lovely place in Old Quebec
The hotel was beautiful and the balcony had a great view, we really appreciate the upgrade. There wasn't any hotel staff on property, but you could always text if you needed anything and they told us where to look. Our only complaint was the bed was very very hard and not comfortable

6/10 Good

Stayed in the balcony room. Great view, however there were some surprising things about the room. There were multiple bleach stains on the floor, tacky fridge (felt of place considering the nice Victorian touch and feel in the rest of the room) , unorganized electrical cords running everywhere near the sink, and lastly, the bed was on the incorrect boxspring causing the mattress to sag over about a foot. Washroom was good as well as the view, those are the only two things that seemed to run true to the description / photos of the room.

Great location, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Beautiful old character building . The room was fine . Washroom was tiny and tight to navigate

The property is perfectly located, but needs better upkeep and updating. The common areas are not kept very clean. The carpets are stained and the stairs were not vacuumed during the week we stayed at the property.

Self-check-in, very unusual. Code to enter the lobby, code for your room. No one there to answer questions or help. Just fine for us as we were close to the Chateau Frontenac and the beautiful city and were only there for one night to get us to the cruise ship. Perfect for that.

It is a very nice hotel, with a beautiful window view (Fairmont Chateau in the view and river). The hotel is very chill in the hot summer, even though it is a bit small, but it is enough for 2 adults and a small kid. Parking is a bit tricky

Beautiful old structure, just a bit tired. Easy check-in by self. We stayed in the Panoramic King Size Room, great view of the Chateau....but...the mattress needs to go, rolling coil, not good. Toilet seat didn't match, I mean in size, smaller than toilet, very odd. I like that they had a kitchen on the lower level, so if you wanted to fix something up. We did not so we don't know the extent. It was very clean, so that is positive.

2/10 Poor

This was NOT a hotel!!! There was NO staff on property and they could not be reached upon arrival. They had an "assistance" button you could push but all that did was call a phone number where no one answered. I left a message and asked them to call me or text me; 3 hours later-nothing. I tried texting them- nothing. Finally I emailed them and 2 hours later I got a reply which did not answer my question which was where to park. There wasNO i info inside the hotel except a sheet telling us how to enter our room. There were no maps (they put maps out the last day we were there) and no info whatsoever. There was no closet- just rack hanging over the only chair in the room, so if you sat down your face was covered by the clothes you hung up. The sink was in the room. The toilet and miniscule shower were in a tiny enclosure. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Worst place I have ever stayed. Like a hostel.
