The room had been redecorated recently so everything was pretty new, bed was very comfortable. Was pretty clean, a little dusty in places and as there was building work and scaffolding outside the window there was lots of builders dust on the window. Staff were nice and helpful. Room was quite noisy, could hear everyone on the staircase, the builders and the school, but quiet at nighttime. Location was pretty good, bakery and shop nearby and metro. Feels a bit rough at night.

Bit of an issue using the AC but everything was clean and the team at the hotel were lovely. Felt secure which is great as the area outside is mixed depending on if you turn left or right. Bed was comfortable and TV was smart tv so you can watch Prime or Netflix. Would happily stay here agsin especially now we know how to use the AC

This was an old apartment building converted at sometime to a hotel. It still maintains its historic charm. The staff was outstanding. I had multiple travel hiccups unrelated to my stay and the staff was extremely understanding! Right around the corner from great restaurants!

The hotel has a good location, which made it convenient to explore Paris. However, the facilities are quite old and need improvement. The elevator buttons did not work properly, and the bathroom was extremely small, with very little privacy due to the glass door. We also noticed holes in the bathroom tiles, which made us concerned about the possibility of insects or rodents entering through them. Unfortunately, our experience was also affected by the housekeeping service. During one of the cleanings, our bedsheet was removed and not replaced. When we returned to the hotel, there was nobody at the reception to ask for a new one, so we had to spend the night without it. Overall, while the location is a positive point, the hotel needs improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, privacy, and guest service to provide a more comfortable stay.

The staff were incredibly kind and ready to accommodate. The room was perfectly clean. I had the bad luck of checking in when the lift was not functioning, so I had to take the stairs with my big bags. The hotel is located in the 'better' areas of Montmartre, is easily accessible, and has lots of restaurants and bistros nearby. It was perfect for solo travel, which was my situation.

Very small rooms, with a non-needed kitchenette that took up some of it. Good bathroom and water pressure. We were there during a heatwave, the hotel provided a aircon unit but you had to open the door to the balcony for the off flow (which was shared with another room so this meant security concerns as we were two young women travelling alone). We also had to build the unit ourselves. We had to rush back to collect our luggage because the hotel manager told us to collect it before 6pm, but we had dinner in the Portuguese restaurant underneath and the hotel staff were there until 7:30/8pm 100% recommend the Portuguese restaurant below though!

A 3 word summary: clean, comfortable, quiet. It's a classic French hotel in a good location. We arrived on a late train (after reception closed), the after-hours booking in process worked very well. The room and en-suite were very clean, the shower/toilet newly installed, plenty of hot water, the bed was very comfortable. It is located in a side street so no traffic noise during the night. We were on the 1st floor and used the stairs so I cannot comment on the lift, also we checked out early the next morning so cannot comment on the staff. Very good value for a city-centre hotel.

Only stayed for one night passing through Paris. The rooms are small, but recently renovated and quite nice. The bathroom was tiny - I could barely fit myself into the shower. No kettle or fridge in the room. The lift was broken and my room was on he fourth floor. There is also no air con, so keep this in mind if you are planning to come during summer.
