I didn't like this hotel for the following reason:
1. The lobby has been locked day & night. I had to stand outside the office and waited in line to check-in, it was so cold and dark; I was only lucky that it didn't rain at the time.
2. On this cold night, the two-queen-bed room I checked-in only had twin sized blankets, with no comforter to cover me. Also, there were only one set of towels.
3. This hotel used to provide continental breakfast, but now, by the excuse of Pandemic, it stopped providing, not even water for drink! On the other hand, its charge for staying is a lot much higher than it's worth.
*** However, its staff worked by the registration desk was an excellent employee -- he patiently listened to my complaints, apologized for the hotel conditions and showed his understanding, and then he came to my room twice to both fix the lamp and bring over a lager-size blanket I had requested. I'd like to say, he should be rewarded and promoted for his great job performance! He was the only reason of the positive score I’d like to rate this hotel!
