Not a hotel for sure! Go to motel 6
Our first room had a view of a brick wall. We had to ask for towels when we checked in and then again the next day. The room was never serviced, trash was not taken out or beds made or bathroom cleaned. The 3rd night we were moved to a different room, but the beds in both rooms might have had a 5 inch mattress on them..not at all comfortably. The frig in the second room did not work, my husband is diabetic and we needed one for his meds. They changed it out with the one from our first room. One positive thing i guess. Breakfast was the same thing every morning only they were out of something different each day syrup being one for waffles. All i will say you get what you pay for, but not really. It was not a hotel and Motel 6 would have been better that was right down the road. Its about a 50 a night room if you just need a place to sleep one night. By our 4th night we were both living on Advil for our bodies from the bed..

Do NOT recommend
We had 3 rooms and none of them were good. The bed was broken in the 1st. Everytime you sat on the end of the bed the whole thing tilted to the floor, the 2nd the AC barely worked and in the 3rd room the bathroom ceiling was leaking water so the floor had puddles of water. When you say on the toilet water dripped on you. The ceiling had mold so it has clearly been an issue for awhile. Also the showers in 2 rooms made a really loudly "screaming" noise when in use.

2/10 Poor

It was horrible. Tried to get my money back but they refused. We got there and no one was at the front desk. They left the property to go pick up another employee waa gone for over 40mins. We ended up not being able to go to silver dollar city because of the wait. They had roaches in the rooms and ran out of towels the day of check out

Overnight stay might be good.
Shower water unregulated. Burn your butt then got really cold. Ask front desk for maid service on third day and none was sent. No clean towels for entire 4 day stay. Trash running over. Full breakfast was good.

Clean and comfortable
What I appreciate: clean room, great bathroom lighting, hot breakfast and a friendly staff. Its a smaller hotel that has cosmetic upgrades. My bathroom had rust along the bathroom ceiling which is an east fix. And the color blue used in their color scheme is just ugly.

Don’t look it over, it’s a nice place to stay.
We were only there for the night, they’re redoing the hotel, but they hold a lot of pride in keeping it in top shape. I’ve stayed at what some people would consider a high quality hotel and they’ve not kept the same quality as this one has, they’re in the process of upgrading it at the moment in the winters but I would say for the money it’s a really nice place to stay, it’s fcfs for the completely finished rooms, but they plan on finishing all of them during the times to not impede on business which is nice. The room we stayed in was really nice, everything was finished besides the floor, so they’re switching it over to what looks like panel flooring and getting rid of carpet which to me is way cleaner in look and sanitation. They also have a full breakfast which starts at 7 and ends at 9, it’s really close to this what looks like little Christmas town and right next to a Pizza Hut and wingstop which I get isn’t ideal BUT worth walking less then 100 ft to get dinner if you’ve had a long day.

Ok, but I wouldn’t recommend.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend. For the price, I suppose it was what I expected. My sister booked a room first and we joined in. Ha There was dust on the backsplash in bathroom, and behind a dresser that I tilted away from the wall (bc the tv was stuck to the dresser and couldn’t be viewed from the bed my children were sleeping/lying in). The toilet didn’t flush well. I had to hold the handle down several seconds. The tub drain stopper was broken, and setting on the side of the tub. The ac didn’t ever fully cool the room. The blinds were not blackout and it was basically daylight in our room all night. Bedding was clean, but too small for mattress and nearly slipped off. The coffee bar/table legs were wobbly and unstable which made making coffee slightly difficult. There was a decent size fridge/freezer which would be nice if needed. The breakfast was good, and service was fine. Employees were kind and friendly.
