Location was convenient, about 5min from Hongik Uni Stn Exit 3 and on a quiet street away from the traffic. Guesthouse has many useful amenities, like pantry area for cooking and meal prep, hot/cold water dispenser, lift etc. After self check-in, I found the room to be clean and cosy. Initially, my friend and I had some issues with the room WiFi but it was promptly addressed by the staff once we contacted them. Free washer and dryer access was a huge plus for us. For late autumn/early winter weather, we found the central heating to be comfortable. Loved the stay and would consider rebooking again if I visit Seoul :)

Friendly staff, helpful staff, immediate respond. We were unable to find the address while taking taxi, staff replied my message within a short period to send us the location. Allow us to check in early in the morning while they already have the room ready, this is really helpful to us.

It's 2nd time for stay here. Staff very nice for me and friend. Location of guesthouse so good. Minimart, fruit shop, restuarant, coffee shop, drugstore, shopping street and subway hongik univ. stn Exit 2,3. For room, clean and quiet. GH door and room password security lock are excellent!

Room is great, with big area to have breakfast. Around 8-10 walk from hongik station. Breakfast is provided. No need to lug luggage as there is a lift in the building. The guesthouse is so nice, I was allowed to store my luggage while I did short trips outside Seoul. Reception opened at 8.30am, for people with early check in, contact guesthouse in advance for door code. Rooms are very clean, I stayed on 2 separate nights. But I need realised that 5th floor room is slightly noisier not sure if its because of the lift system.

Overall of my stay from check in to the stay , I have to rate 5 stars ... very close by the subway ... the staff are super friends ... u got what u pay for ... it’s not a 5 stars hotel so don’t except too much ... I would totally would stay here again if I come to Seoul ...
