I suspected the room we had was supposed to be under service but assign to us.
First thing, the door card gave us issue on our first day. And we have to go up and down thrice times before the front desk staff came up together to get the card rectify. (Annoying! And give us a ??? Face, of cause, because it’s not her problem)
There are black stains on the towel suddenly, which was puzzling. Until the last night, mystery solved, it was from the carpet in the room. My daughter put her bag on the floor and the next day, there is a dark stain on her bag.
Middle of the seat, water pipe leaking below the basin 😑.
The lifts, too forever to come. You can just stay and wait for 4-5 mins for your lift to come. And it will just change as and when. Like you are waiting for Lift 1 then change to Lift 2 and back to Lift 1 again. Rather crazy.
Front desk, seems like there is only 1 lady who can speak fluent English…!
The only good thing is, the hotel location is conveniently near subway and myeongdong street.
