Very good location and it is in the middle of everything. Area is very safe with tons of restaurant and nice boutiques. Restaurant in the building is very good. Room is newly renovated and very clean. Bathroom shower has good pressure and hot water works! Public parking is underground and a 4 minute walk. Very reasonable parking fee. We highly recommend and will stay here again.

This hotel was so cute and cozy. The bed was comfy, nice big window, modern bathroom with good lighting. The location was perfect for exploring the whole city. The staff were all so helpful and nice. It was a delight staying there. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is excellent for budget minded travellers, ideally located just across from Chateau Frontenac. My room was nicely but sparsely furnished. I was in Quebec for business and definitely not in the right hotel: no lift, no desk in my room, no breaktfast. The reception is often deserted because they only have one receptionist for 2 hotels and he/she has to come over from the other hotel to attend you. The receptionists were very helpful but it just happened to be the wrong hotel for a business traveller.

We love this property, the room was lovely. The location was ideal and the restaurant what's the best we ate at while in the city. I only have one complaint, late on Saturday night. A large group of women came back to the hotel quite late. They were extremely noisy and the noise carried on for quite a while. I did feel that hotel staff should have intervened to take care of the noise. This one could be a one-off and I would not let it determine from staying at this property again.
