The only good thing is the location. Other than that, the service was terrible, and I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it. We arrived at 7am and requested a late check-in, when we arrived the receptionist just took the city tax and handed us a room card without any guidance how to reach our room or if there is any other information that we should know. We got lost trying to find the right elevator, which she never mentioned. The next day, loud drilling construction noise started and lasted over an hour. When we asked about it, we were told it will go on weekdays from 9am to 6pm, and we should’ve seen a small printed notice hidden among other papers in the lobby instead of someone notifying us with that when we checked in. We asked to speak to a manager and told him about both incidents. He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and no empathy what so ever and not remotely trying to understand nor solve anything. We stayed in lot of hotels and airbnb in different countries and never met someone that rude. He made us so angry that made us annoyed all day long. And if this was not a short trip and non- refundable reservation, we would have left.
