I got lots of mosquito bites on my arms, legs, and even my face - even though we stayed during the autumn :( cleanliness wasnโ€™t the best either, but honestly, if it werenโ€™t for those 2 things, I wouldโ€™ve rated it a 5 star.

I reserved two rooms at this hotel. We got there after 6:30PM and the front desk person told us that the check-in starts at 7:30PM and that one of the room was not ready. He was very unfriendly and rude. The rooms were clean, so I have no issues with that; however, the front desk person was still working when we were checking out around 7:30AM and he made this hotel experience terrible. I asked for a receipt and he acted like it was an unreasonable request. This person needs to be retrained or find another job as he is the sole reason that we will not stay at this property again.
