Check in hostess was great, quick check in. Very basic hotel, clean. You can hear a good bit of hotel noise inside your room ie; doors slamming, luggage being wheeled around, etc. Coffee was good. If you're just stopping to sleep, its fine.

Excellent room!!
We arrived at midnight. The front desk person was on her cell phone on speaker, told the person “hold on, I have a customer” and sat the phone down on the desk next to her. I don’t know if she had them on mute, but she verbally verified my phone number and email address to me! The room was exceptional, very comfortable. The beds were true queen beds, plenty of room. We were only there for a short sleep and breakfast (which was also fantastic). But we plan to book at Tru from now on!

Very pet friendly
Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Gift bags were given to our 2 dogs with toys and treats. Room was clean and comfortable. It was our first time staying at a Tru hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

Not sure I would chose this brand again
I generally don't like hotels with rooms that aren't carpeted. We asked for an extra pillow and was told they didn't have any but they had been ordered. One of the 2 elevators made weird creaking and shuddering noises and the other one was out of service - not very reassuring. I'm assuming this property had not been open very long and that they were still working out the kinks. The receptionist was helpful but seemed to be a little stressed out.

Never again will stay in this hotel. We arrived last night from a 10hr drive. The double bed room we reserved and paid for was not available and we had to sleep 4 in one bed. Ridiculous poor management.
