8/10 Very good

Having travelled around Vietnam we arrived in Ho Chi Minh. Staff advised I was getting a room upgrade but it was smaller than my friends room / bed which was the standard offering. Free gift that we were due to receive did not materialise. Breakfast was very good and great to have laundry facilities. Feel that staff could have been friendlier and offer more help at all points. Pool was lovely. There is not a bar or lounge to sit at in the evening which was disappointing.

My husband and I spent 10 days at the property. We were very happy with the location, amenities, the kindness and friendliness of all the staff. We liked it so much that we are coming back to the same property for a couple of days in a couple of months. Would definitely stay here again.
