Terrible smell and extremely warm. Family room at ground floor and ppl smoking outside. When entering of leaving the room the door was literally facing the elevator and the stairs down to the backyard and the bar/lounge/ breakfast area. Breakfast was terrible. Scrambled eggs tasted like sausage. The cheese tasted as if it was in and out of the fridge several times. The coffee machine at the reception area cost a 20kr and tasted horrible. The room was dirty and the shower curtain was full of mould. The isolation on cable wire to the tv was broken and easy for smaller kids the touch. One socket was missing on one of the floor next to the bathroom. The staff was not particularly welcoming and we didn’t feel appreciated as a guest/customer. Location shady side street with lots of noise and garbage, but close to the park, canal and Liseberg. I would strongly recommend to find another place to sleep in Göteborg.

Sentral beliggenhet. Parkeringshus rett i nærheten. Dårlig hotell, ikke spesielt rent. Frokosten var enkel, og alt var varmt inkludert drikkevarene. Styr unna hvis du er avhengig av heis, da denne er liten og du må opp en halv etasje før heisen. Manglet fjernkontroll til tv. Kun pappkrus på rommet. Ingen mulighet til å lage seg kaffe eller lignende på rommet. Og absolutt ingen ventilasjon.

Rummet skulle vara dammsugat. Men det var det inte under sängen. Även handfatet var intorkat med damm. Bara en handduk och ett badlakan. Bad om att få en till handduk men fick ett till badlakan. Fanns heller inget skohorn. Tevekanalerna var få och på 11:ans kanal hackade det rätt ofta. Vissa rum hade inte full uppsättning med handdukar och badlakan. Verkar lite si och så med de. Sängen var något för smal och ingen luftkonditionering. Toalettpappershållaren satt lite dumt till. Ingen handuksvärmare fanns heller. Vattnet i handfaten och dusch rann ner dåligt.

Chambre juste OK, avec les équipements nécessaires. Quelque peu sale à certains endroits (l’espèce de bureau, notamment), bien située, mais cela rend malheureusement les alentours bruyants le soir (peut-être à cause de l’ambiance Coupe du monde…). Et connexion Internet quasi inutilisable : lente et sautant très souvent ; j’ai dû utiliser mon ordinateur en partage de connexion.
