10/10 Exceptional

The rooms were nice, roomy, and located in a decent area, but the floors were dirty when we arrived. It's a pretty good place overall, but they really need to sweep and mop the floors properly before having new guests stay.

6/10 Good

Suite was clean and stocked with kitchen cooking items. No salt or pepper, paper towels etc. Living room furniture very uncomfortable and no where to lounge other than the bed. Needs upgrades before I would stay again.

Check in was easy. Our room was lovely, it even had a washer/dryer combo which was great. The room was fresh and clean. It had a balcony off the room plus a larger one on the rooftop. The location was only a short drive from Victoria.

Nice new building with great parking and cute suites. The staff was awesome!! Our only small issue was a lack of paper towel in the suite

8/10 Very good

The room was comfortable and a nice size. My main complaint was the noise from the main street it was on. It was facing a very busy street so traffic noise started very early every morning. The room also could have been cleaned better. The staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with.

10/10 Exceptional

This is a really nice place to stay in Victoria. It’s a nice little short walk to lots of restaurants. They have an excellent public transit system there and the stop is right there in front. The actual room is really cool. It’s like an old school motel but brand new construction. So you know if you millennials want to experience something that’s nothing like a real old school motel this place is a good safe place to do it.

Great stay, clean room and great staff. Only negative was the AC was not quite blowing cold enough. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Our stay was exceptional! We traveled with our friends who roomed next door to us which was perfect. The amenities and all the kitchen were excellent. Well stocked kitchen and easy to use tv. Also I loved that ther was so much storage space and the small kitchen. Absolutely recommend this start.

Good communication, easy check in, walkable to Langford restaurants. Even though it was on a main road, well soundproofed with blackout blinds!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Solo. It was immaculately clean, and everything I needed was provided for me. The staff were exceptionally helpful, I arrived as the office staff were leaving at the end of the day, they immediately returned to the office to register me, and then saw me to my room and carried my bag. Great service!

Very helpful, friendly staff Rooms were lovely, comfortable and very clean Only suggestion is to install a second mirror in the bedroom area (only one is in the bathroom) Close to the highway and the hospital which was easy for us Would stay here again.
