Amazing hotel for business travel, I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect for visiting local businesses for work. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble if you have an issue to resolve, a home from home feeling.

My stay here was lovely bus serve in to flour town centre just across the road, bus service up to Tesco and a little shopping area that’s a 10 minute walk away , all the staff are fabulous, will definitely be coming back

Love to stay at this property. I travel to Gloucester a lot for business purposes and I always use this hotel. It is perfectly located. The staff are great, always friendly and helpful. A great stay for business people.

The staff were helpful. Not enough storage space. Floor in bathroom was dirty. We had a comfortable nights sleep.

The place is in a terrible state of disrepair, the floors are dirty, the lamp doesn’t work, the furniture is grotty, the lift doesn’t work.
On the positive the bedding and towels were clean and the staff were friendly.
