I came here with a large summer camp group and we had everything we needed. It's easy to see that this is a student residence during the school year, but works great for summer stays in Montreal. My fellow travelers and I appreciated the friendly staff, the breakfast spread, and the space in our rooms. We had 3-4 people in each room and it went really well for our two night stay.

It’s a student residence building used as a hotel stay in summer. Pros: location within 10 min walk to subway. 24-hr security, daily breakfast buffet decent, gym and recreational amenities; laundry facility on-site. Spacious room and bathroom. Value for your money ( relatively speaking) Cons: no frills bare bone room without hangers in closet, no water kettle, mini fridge etc. I would probably stay again if I return

Great location and affordable. The hotel’s parking garage was full when I arrived, but there was another garage conveniently located across the street. The room had a nice view of the city. While the room itself was decent, it did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. I found hair in the shower, on the toilet, and in other areas of the room, as well as shampoo residue in the bathroom. Additionally, the entrance/lobby had an unpleasant odor when I arrived.

The rooms were not super clean. It was fairly quiet. Breakfasts seemed fine but didn’t have a lot for gluten free as most of the hot food items had gluten, but I didn’t expect much from the continental breakfast. There are no hangers in the rooms. If you are travelling for work, I wouldn’t recommend it.

This was a good budget option above a hostel and below a hotel. It's a bare bones room. I had the two doubles room, there is a closet, and two hanging cabinets, no hangers. No TV or coffee maker. Breakfast downstairs was pretty much the same as a hotel continental breakfast. Some hot options, fruit, yogurt, cereal, etc. There is a kitchen open for use upstairs. The staff was kind an helpful. There is a luggage storage nearby they will give you a coupon for. Within 2 blocks there is a grocery store, pharmacy, and convenience store. It's a 10 minute walk from several shopping centers and lots of restaurant options.

Good location ; rooms are clean and spacious. Moreover, the beds are a bit high as they are raised by storage boxes below the beds. The wash basin is outside the toilet/shower room; thus, it's a bit inconvenient . There isn't any cloth hangers and waste basket . Very secure. Plain and simple but I definitely would stay here again. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean. We used the underground parking (target park) that is situated right beside. Really good breakfast with great selection. We were nervous at first because of the word residence, we taught maybe it would be a party place but no we are in our fifthies and would definitely stay here again
