All access to get in is via a code given online, not having roaming package the cycle shop next door let me use their wifi so that I could access my room. |Very clean and quiet location. About a 25 minute walk to the downtown harbour front. Pub next door handy for food and the owners of the property. Very clean and comfortable stay in a period property. Parking was a bit tight but manageable.

Have stayed here twice and I love it! Very charming guesthouse. The staff were very helpful with taking our bags early so we could run some errands before our check in time. Brewery with a great view next door and a beautiful walking path nearby. The room we got upstairs was quite a bit smaller than the downstairs one I stayed in previously but it was still super cute! Will stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unique house. Surprised it was one of the cheaper options in town, it was quaint, homey, and nostalgic, matching the vibe of Victoria! Loved the balcony off of room 5! The only issue was locating the house after dark as the driveway is small and concealed by bushes. A simple lit sign or address marker would've helped tremendously. Once we located it, access into the house and room was relatively easy.

The Spinnakers Heritage House was an excellent place to stay while visiting Victoria. The room was absolutely lovely. We really enjoyed the local soaps and tea. It is a great location - close enough to walk to downtown and cafes in West Vic. The staff was great and we enjoyed our complimentary truffles and beer flight at the pub. We would love to come back in the future - so sad to hear it will be closing!

We had an amazing weekend! Love that the pub was close and we could pop over for dinner or appy’s and a beer. After we checked out we sat on the deck and had lunch while we enjoy the waterfront views! Thank you so much for everything!

Very beautiful property in a fantastoc location with very helpful staff. Very nice walk to Victoria Harbour (35 minutes brisk and 75 minute leisurely with stops to see all attractions). Good and thoughtful amenities. Building is a heritage site so has some drawbacks like ageing plumbing and bathtub for shower that would be challenging for climbing into a high tub.
