Watch for bait and switch with additional charges
Check in was understaffed and the room that was booked was not available. Needed two beds but had to deal with one king size bed for 2 adult men. Credit card was charged way more than the stated amount and if I had not called I’m sure charges would have been maintained

Crazy expensive with resort fee that really is only for wifi. Coffee pots should be in the rooms. We put alot in the slots and things seem very old and dirty. Mirrors, dust everywhere. Windows so spotty it interfered with looking out. Lamp shades broke...

Dirty room and poor service, comfortable bed
Our room was dirty when we checked in, and after notifying housekeeping, no one came to clean it. The next day, they skipped cleaning our room. The front desk was not helpful getting any of this resolved.

Not the best trip
My first overall impression of the actual girl portion was that it was kind of shabby and in need of some major updates. The carpet was dirty, I could see dirt spots for the entirety of my 3 day stay. Now in the rooms, there was dust lining the top of the bed frame, major dust buildup olong the wall edges near the beds. The bathroom had a ton of dust all around the mirror. The sink looked unwashed, especially the focet. The shower leaked out onto the floor no matter what i did to try and fix it. The chair in the room was pretty filthy as well. Over all, not the cleanest or most upkept rooms. I also used thier text messaging system to ask for no room cleaning, because we didnt have a door hanger, I even talked directly to a maid and asked for a door hanger and to not clean the room. They still came in to clean our room. Onto the food options: unless you have a ton of money to burn, I recomend buying all your food at CVS. Although this was typical of all of Vegas. We bought 1, 12 inch turkey sandwich amd it cost $22.00! No Joke! I was pretty dissapointed.

January in Vegas
The room and bathroom was plenty large and spacious. Could have used more than one hook in the bathroom to hang towels. The sliding doors were not sealed so our room at times was cooler than we wanted. Pillows were too soft and only 3 in quantity for a king size bed. No extra blanket for the bed. Shower water temp was great. Plenty of food/restaurant options. Location on the strip was great. Employees were all pleasant and always smiling.

Train your receptionists!
We had a very late (3am) check-in due to a delayed flight, which worked out for the best, as we avoided the dreaded Vegas check-in queues. However, apart from that, the reception staff seemed incapable of understanding the most basic of questions, like confirming our type of rooms. The room was huge, with 2 queen-sized beds, but unfortunately a bit outdated. The AC, while capable of heating the room, was loud and noisy. Regarding cleanliness, on first arrival the room was fine, but the bathroom floor needed to be vacuumed and the toilet cleaned. These problems have been sorted out on the next day. Room 1429 had an amazing view overlooking The High Roller and The Sphere. Another problem was regarding parking. We rented a car on our last day and were informed that for hotel guests parking fees are reduced. However, the hotel staff seemed to do everything possible to deny us that reduced fee. We tried paying for the parking on 3 occasions. The first attempt failed because the receptionist wouldn't let me speak as he accused me of cutting the line, even though I asked for permission from the people waiting in line, so I had to pay the parking in full at the machine. The second attempt was at 3 am on the same night, during which I was accused of not staying in the hotel, even though I showed my room card and all passports were already in the system. Only the last attempt, at check-out, was successful, but even then they initially tried to make us pay for 2 days instead of 1.
