Usually love these rooms but this time 👎
I paid extra to stay in the nicer suite and because when I got there I did the express check in I lnstead of checking in with an actual person (which it's basically set up for you to use a kiosk) I just so happened to get booked in what seemed like the ONLY suite that didn't have the jacuzzi tub which is what I wanted.then when I called the front desk to ask them about it the lady In the front told me that they didn't even have the spa tubs anymore. Then when I called again the following day and talked to a different person so said that they do still have those tubs but I should have requested it upon check in. I thought all the suites would have had those tubs as a mandatory tub. It's ridiculous to spend all this money and then they couldn't even accommodate me and their staff gave me the completely incorrect info. I usually love staying here! It's my first choice for Vegas trips but I was extremely disappointed at how this trip turned out. It was really annoying. If they had just handled that a little better than it would have been perfect, but it was handled poorly. I'll probably give them one more try on my next trip and see if they mess it up or not. Hopefully not but now I just can't be sure.

Fine hotel but could use some improved service
Check in was done through a kiosk, and you have to pay an extra $20 to access your room before the 3pm check in time (even if it is already available, as evidence by the offer). This, combined with the lack of contact with any customer service makes the nearly $60 daily resort fee you're already paying feel particularly insulting.

It’s ok
AC was not working. The room stayed home during our stay. I didn’t have the energy to complain to service desk about so we just toughed it out for 3 days. There was blood stains on the walls in our bathroom. We’ve stayed here before and always loved it. But this trip was the worst.

Terrible cleaning
The room originally given to us had the window open (it was 46 degrees out). When i closed it, there was an overwhelming smell of chemicals and bleach. The refrigerator habdle was sticky, and when i opened it, there was red juice or soda spilled in it. I called to have someone clean it, and, 4 hours later, no one had come. By then, i had a headache from the chemical fumes & we requested a different room. The new room had a plastic bag over the smoke detector, which should have been noticed by the cleaning crew. Every day, bags of dirty linens and trash were in the hallways fora minimum of six hours. Gross.

The resort fees are absolutely stupid. You're charging me sometimes $25 a night to stay there, but $59 a night and resort fees. I'm glad to have two devices connected to the internet, but every time I tried to connect to the internet it was charging me $14.99 a day. Per device. There are six elevators up to the top floors between floor number 20 to 25. On Super Bowl Sunday only one elevator was working. The entire day. The Lions works really long, and if you were going up people were fighting for the elevator space. Have forbid I was on the 25th floor going down, and multiple stops to be made with no way to put those people on the elevator. The people you call front desk agents, we're rude and disrespectful. Your charge me $300 a night for a hotel room, and these guys making $18 an hour felt that they were above everybody else. The most disrespectful staff I think I've ever seen in Vegas outside of the Excalibur 20 years ago, or the circus circus 25 years ago. You really have no customer service. I will never come back here again.
