Wonderful overnight accommodations for a quick New Years trip for hubby and I. Ever staff member we encountered was professional and friendly. Hotel and our room was clean. We had an issue with our toilet and maintenance was up within 5 mins of our call to repair.

Absolutely no housekeeping of any kind in the room despite repeated promises of at least a refresh- clean towels and empty the trash. This was a 5 day stay and I ended up with trash everywhere and no bags to even put it in, much less getting it removed. I had 5 days of dirty towels, washcloths and bath mats. I had to retrieve all clean ones myself. The common areas were virtually untouched in terms of cleaning and I saw one housekeeper in the entire hotel (17 stories) in 5 days! The desk staff all had different opinions and promises on the service, but nothing changed. Overall, a big holiday disappointment!!!

We recently stayed for a just a few nights and wanted to good hotel that doesn't break the bank, and near the airport. This hotel is clean, updated and modern, only 5 minutes from the airport, but I don't recall hearing planes. The hotel has clearly been updated and the room was very modern, nice and comfortable. Breakfast area was nicer than we've been elsewhere, while the eggs are the typical powdered variety, we were still impressed with all the choices. Every morning had items like eggs, usually two breakfast meats (pork or turkey sausage), French toast sticks, hash browns, bakeries, bread/bagels/English muffins for toasting, oatmeal, make your own waffles, fruit, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, juices, milk (including chocolate milk). I liked being able to sit and look at the ocean/beach from breakfast. The front desk staff was friendly, pleasant and helpful. Parking garage was a little tight, but there are a few spots on the lobby level you can use to check-in, then move your car to a different level. Didn't try to pool, it was way too cold when we were there. Would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed! We were originally supposed to be here for 8 days and extended numerous times to almost 4 weeks! Every person at the hotel I’ve met has been beyond amazing, especially Stacey & Charles at the bar and everyone at the front desk! Tim and Joe are the best as well as all of the ladies on the morning front desk. I brought my dog, Sophie, and all of the employees here have treated her as of it’s their dog. I will come back next winter for an extended stay. It’s a beautiful, friendly, warm and welcoming place right on the water. And the food is amazing too!! Free breakfast and the dinner in the evening offers delicious options. You MUST stay at this place, it’s the BEST!!!

Great family & pet friendly hotel
We had an excellent stay at this property. Our room was ready upon arrival. The front desk staff was so kind & beyond helpful the entire length of the stay. We traveled with our Yorkie and three kids - the hotel was great for our needs. They give you a pet door hanger so you don't have to worry about room service trying to answer. The $150 pet fee seems a bit steep but overall I would stay here again for sure. Our room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a ton of options however none of them were very yummy. We only ate it one morning. I do wish they had a hot tub or more indoor pool options so there would be more to do in the winter months. Beach access was super easy. My biggest complaint would be the parking - the garage is very tight & difficult to navigate in a larger truck, but we did make it work. Overall a great stay & would stay again!
