Disappointing
First time staying at this property. Expected something nice, fancier end but got middle of the road, pretty bleek. I only found 1 good food spot (taps) and the rest was pretty underwhelming for a well known hotel. Some disappointing things; 1. none of the vending machines had cold drinks which is extremely annoying given you don’t have a fridge to put stuff in and it’s $7.50 for a 20oz coke bottle. 2. Front desk staff was not welcoming at all or helpful. Experienced this also with some other staff around the casino and bars there. 3. Rooms were pretty dirty but housekeeping did come around. Showers were never wiped down, sheets had stains on them, my sink was broke 4. Waitresses on casino floor. You could sit at the slots for hours and never come across a waitress to order from. Which forces you to pay $17 at a bar when you want a beer. I guess this must be there goal because I didn’t get served once despite being there for 6 days and spending a couple hours a night on the casino floor. Even then, you go to the lobby bar and sit down and it takes 15 minutes to get a drink One nice worker I met was Steve at Taps Sports Bar, good hard working guy. The only

I’m not a satisfied customer. There was no disclosure of the pool and amenities being shut down for renovations. Other work going on as well waking me up early in the morning, from my queen bed because when I arrived they said there were no kings even tho that’s what I reserved.

Nice stay with convenience around the hotel. Love the quick access to a mini mart before the elevators. Quiet stay and housekeeping was great.

Too much noise from renovation?
Casino and amenities where great. Hotel is under construction. Sleeping in or anytime during the day was/is impossible, as it sounded as the room above was being demolished. I can not understand why thay would even attempt to charge full price for a room that has that much noise from a hotel created source. I was very not happy with overall stay.

A weekend away from the rain
I had a recently refreshed room in the Grand Tower. Clean, comfortable, spacious. (Could use a little more water pressure in the shower ;) Easy access to the monorail. Okay restaurants. Always felt safe and secure inside the casino.

Room was clean. Security was helpful and friendly. Service from front desk staff was not great, especially when in order to get an additional authorization on our credit card, they locked us out of our room, instead of simply leaving a message on our phone. Won't stay again.
