My sister and I stayed at this location from Nov 26-29, 2024. Had a great experience so we went back again on Dec 3 and stayed until Dec 5th. On Dec 5, I called for a bellman at 6:35am to help bring our luggage down to lobby and asked that my car be brought out from the valet parking. The lady at the front desk asked me for the ticket number for my car. I was told ok and "no problem." a couple of minutes later Rudy the night manager called my room to say there was no bellman on duty at that time and I would have to "do it myself." When I got to front desk, Rudy did not greet me with a warm smile nor did he ask how my stay was nor did he say "sorry" for being unable to help me with my bags. And again, No Smile was given. Nor had anyone called the valet service for my car to be brought out. I was not happy and I am still not happy. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member #806914095.
