About this apartment
A completely remodeled studio apartment located over my 2 car garage. You will have a private garage space during your stay, with the entrance from the garage! No need to worry about rain when you stay here! You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay for a couple of nights or a week or more! A smart TV with WiFi on a beautiful fireplace sets the mood for relaxing. Everything in the HomePlace was custom built by Burt Albritton a local furniture maker. The small porch is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine. The sofa folds and pulls out to form a full bed....I also have a roll away twin. The full bed is so comfy you'll never want to get up! While you're our guest you may enjoy our 10 acre on the dock in the pond, light a campfire, or just enjoy the peace and quiet. We are only 2 1/2 miles from beautiful, waterfront, Edenton, NC All you need to pack are your have thought of everything you may need during your stay with us!
