The appartement location is excellent, the owners communicated very professionally and explained the check in procedure in details. They even had some soap and shampoo which comes handy for the first night. The renovated apartment is in an old building with large rooms and high roof. The property location is amazing. It is off from the tourist ic places in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby, specially Marino Italian restaurant which has amazing food and great service at affordable rates, unlike some tourist traps.

Better suited for a longer stay...
This apartment is a very please one bedroom flat close to the water. The only complain I have is that we had to take two taxis... one to pick up the keys at a business office and then another to get to the apartment. The communication with the owners is superb... they are very helpful. THE pull-out couch was very noise every time the person in it made a move. Everything is very clean and well appointed.

Localizzazione ottima a meno di 100 mt dal mare, e dal borghetto marinaro, è addossato a Pizzo Falcone. Peccato che il check in ed il check out si debbano fare da un'altra parte, per cui avendo il trolley rotto siamo dovuti andare in taxi. L'appartamento è pulitissimo, ampio e recentemente ristrutturato, anche con materiali di pregio; ha però la tv in soggiorno e non in camera, dove c'è anche una porta a vetri che da su corridoio, non oscurata, ed il telecomando universale non consente di controllare tutte le funzioni. La scelta è stata comunque sodtisfaciente.

Περάσαμε 4 ημέρες σε αυτό το όμορφο διαμέρισμα.Όλα σε αυτό ήταν προσεγμένα και τοποθετημένα με γούστο. Τα όμορφα πλακάκια, το μεγάλο κρεβάτι, το κουκλίστικο μπάνιο, η άνετη κουζίνα με πολλά σκεύη.Όλα πολύ καλά. Η τοποθεσία επίσης εξαιρετική. Κοντά στην θάλασσα και σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα. Η στάση του λεωφορείου για το Passilipo είναι έξω από το σπίτι.
