Staff was very helpful answering our questions about parking, and about where the bus would pick us up for our Niagara Falls tour. Beautiful pool. The gift shop in the hotel was very reasonably priced compared to the gift shops in the actual park. The only negatives I could think of was that there were some crumbs on the floor of the room, and the plug to the bathtub was broken, but we also didn’t mention this to the staff, given how friendly they were, thy likely would’ve offered solutions, but at the time it didn’t seem worth mentioning. Parking is a bit abysmal Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would highly recommend.

When I pulled up to the hotel, I immediately regretted my decision. The drapes in the windows look tattered and the windows were dirty. The room was presentable but the bathroom was filthy. We immediately went to the desk to ask to have it cleaned. We had to ask twice to get it cleaned. I do not recommend this hotel..

Staff was helpful. Now hotel was very poor dirty, no towels in room, room was poorly kept. By far has been one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Only 5 star I can give is that literally is a 2 min walk to the Falls that I do have to give credit. Now let's talk about parking. You have to park in a garage close by but very hard to walk back to hotel with all essentials to stay since its a block away. SO be aware of not enough parking.

The location is great and has limited parking we did always have a spot as we walked mostly. The Legends & Burger shop was rarely open. Papa John's was open mostly. The cleaning was not the greatest. In the 3 days staying they Never came to our room. We needed towels and was told go down to front desk which we did. Our shower took 15 minutes to get any hot water and the window leaked during rain we had. Theres lots of cobwebs and bad woodwork trim throughout. Beds were comfy! I don't think there vacuums picks up anything. Saw one day someone vacuuming elevator to leave it still dirty.
