Terrible experience
I’ve stayed here before, but after this visit, I will never return. The experience was terrible from start to finish.
Valet parking took 10 minutes while charging $55 per day. Housekeeping was nonexistent—they just left towels outside my room after I complained. There was no Wi-Fi the first day, and instead of offering a refund, they just apologized.
The restaurant couldn’t charge my meal to my room, claiming I wasn’t a guest. After waiting 10 minutes, I had to pay by card, but their system was down, so they wrote my credit card info on paper—completely unprofessional and insecure.
My room triggered sneezing and coughing, likely due to allergens. It was also shockingly small, making the bathroom almost unusable—even at 5'9", 160 lbs, I struggled to wash my hands. If you’re larger, good luck fitting in.
This hotel has gone downhill. Management is awful, service is terrible, and the experience is not worth the price. Stay elsewhere.
