Overall good stay
We had some issues with the toilet, it was finally dealt with on the last day by the hotel manager. The front dest clerk Amir was the best, extremely friendly and helpful.

A budget outdated hotel with excellent service!
Alexis was top notch at her job she was very courteous said hello and even went to the room to show us the room and asked if you had any issues to let her know. The overall place was OK a little bit outdated location was OK close to the wharf. The breakfast was mediocre, could’ve had more selection the muffins were tiny! The other breakfast items We’re not really suited for adults more like a quick kids menu. Overall the service was great the place itself needs some work but for the price and the location it was good for a budget hotel.

Nice accomodations at nice price.
The Lombard HoJo was a great stay for my wife and I during our anniversary. Their staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They helped us with everything from getting around via bus, Lyft, to providing band aid. One 15 min bus ride from Fisherman's Wharf. Room was nice. Continental breakfast was a bit sparse, but then many affordable hotels in SF don't even provide it from what I saw. Wifi was so-so. Good value here.

Overall room was very clean and super cozy. The bed was a little hard and the pillows were uncomfortable but nothing too bad. Great stay in a great area.

Comfortable stay
My short stay was comfortable and the room had everything I needed to rest. It was so easy to take the bus to visit the Golden Gate Bridge. I also enjoyed the free breakfast. The staff at the front desk were very friendly.

San Francisco hotel
A very nice small hotel. Rooms were small but nicely furnished and clean. Good location, 3 blocks from UnionStreet and 1 block from Chestnut street. Both with lots of great restaurants. Limited parking, Maybe 14 spaces, while hotel has maybe 50 rooms. So it’s first come. Breakfast was disappointing, coffee, juice, toast, mini muffins, and cereal. But like I said, there are some great restaurants close by.
