Beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Great location. The shower was terrible, poorly designed, left water everywhere in the bathroom. The room was not the cleanest, but comparable to other hotels. Overall, a decent stay.

We stayed 2 nights at Le Concorde Hotel. Nice location, with 10-15 min. stroll to Chateau Frontenac & pier. Would stay again for price & value. Parking was available for a daily fee. Staff were nice, available & polite.

Did not know the hotel staff were on strike making the few front desk employees work straight out. Attention to details were lacking like overflowing trash, dirty floors cigarette butts. Restaurant on premises was very good with great service.

Comfortable room, it's definitely worth taking a room high up on the castle and river side. Nice pool. The indoor parking price is too expensive, especially for a motorcycle that didn't take a car space. Very disappointed with the restaurant Le Ciel. Almost two hours of waiting to get my dish and on top of that the chef had forgotten to put the scallops in.

We enjoyed our stay once we got settled in. Our A/C did not work in our room and we had to repack and move to another room. The a/c tech helped us move which was nice
We ate at the revolving restaurant which was not very good. Food was cold I’m sure it would have been tasty had it been warm.
