Beautiful property, excellent staff and great location.
Would have loved a better view in a junior suite category. Wished the junior suite category that we paid for was more equivalent to the photographs that represented on both Expedia and the hotels website. That was a disappointment. Overall though, it was a lovely room regardless.

Overall down experience
Expectations were sky high, reality was just so-so
1. I paid for a king sized bed. What I got was two wins pushed together with the ever not so awesome gap in the middle
2. The door handle broke off and I was stuck in my room
3. The elevator broke
4. Contrary to the pictures, there is no view of the Eiffel Tower
5. Everything was just so average.
