Lobby in rough condition. Main elevators not working only dirty gritty service elevator. No extras like coffee in the lobby etc. Rug was water stained, air handler was very loud.

Horrible conditions
The hotel had horrible conditions mold in the bathroom mushrooming coming out the walls stains on the curtains elevators were iffy. If just was a lot to take in the people were nice but that does not make up for the conditions of the hotel. No ice machine that worked no accommodations.

No heat on a 20 degree night
The property did not have heat. We were informed upon arrival that the heating system in the hotel was not working. It was a horrible cold night with temperatures in the 20’s. We drove 4 hrs to arrive to this with all hotels in the area sold out. Bathroom has mold in the ceiling. Horrible experience

The entire room and hallway was smelling like cigarettes… my entire luggage and even the clean clothes has that smell… Very uncomfortable. Don’t mind people smoking but it should be a better way and more cleanliness to avoid this.

Bad service, worse conditions
Really bad job by the managers. A dew different people complained about the heat in the rooms- it was cold. I asked the Desk twice to fix it- they never did. there was a hole in the ceiling dripping water onto the floor near the bathroom. No ceiling tile there! Made for a cols sleeping night on NYE, Good thing we were not there but to sleep.
