Clean, the swimming pools are amazing, the food is good, the variety of drinks is excellent.
The staff is the best, always looking to help with any needs - they can arraigned transportation for you- rent a golf car from them the price is better that outside of the hotel.

The staff was great. The room was clean, but it was a jr suite with kitchen ect.. but no dishes/pots/glasses. We had the all inclusive pkg and if we had been there longer would not have been happy with the food. Only two places to eat and the open times and menus were very limited. The hotel emailed me prior to our visit offering to help with transportation to the hotel. I replied that that would helpful. They never returned my email. We were able to figure it out but that's not the point. Also the name of the hotel has changed from whats listed on Hotel.com and this was also very confusing. Will not be going back. also hotel.com needs to make sure of hotel name change and notify customers.

As soon as we arrived and until the day we left the staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. During our visit it was fairly empty because of the vacation low season but they still had all the amenities available and they were never hesitated to provide excellent service. Would highly recommend this hotel and we are looking forward to stay with them again when we get the opportunity to visit the island in the future.

The staff here are friendly, fun, and very helpful. Belo offered perfect balance between being able to chill and relax, but with easy access to nightlife, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Definitely rent a golf cart and explore the island. Super fun. Would 100% visit here again.
The food and drinks were also really good.
