For some reason we were placed in an accessible room, no big deal except it smelled like urine. The bed wasn't a normal hotel bed, and squeaked with every move. The bed was the cleanest thing in the room thankfully.

Breakfast bar was wonderful! The common area bathroom lacked supplies. The floor of our room was unclean. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful.
My card was charged by the hotel for each night and for the total of the stay separately from the pay through hotels.com. The manager informed me that this will fall away after 3-5 days, but this was still a stressful event that I had never experienced before when using hotels.com.

I'd look for a different property next time
The property was older and run down with smells. The signs say smoke free, but the lobby and elevator smells told a different story. The woman at check in was nice enough. I am a man a felt uncomfortable to go to the gym in the morning/ Room smelled like old water. Because of this a slept terrible and since I was driving 700 miles a day, sleep and a shower were the only reasons I needed a room.

Great stay. At first I wasn't sure about the room, but there were mo issues, other than not the greatest tv channels.

We really liked the staff. They were friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel was also very clean, however updating was needed and the pool was closed. Neighborhood surrounding not that nice, but very convenient to a conference I was attending and good restaurants. The price was also good for the Nashville area.

Room was dank and had overpowering odor of mold/mildew. Cannot believe Holiday Inn Express still franchises this location. Is rundown. Sounded like motocross outside. Best part of stay was the ease of canceling room for second night.

The photos that showed me and conditions does not match with the reality. It was expensive. There is anothers hotel for the price much better than this one. I was really disapointed.

Good place to stay
Nice hotel, staff was friendly as well as professional. Room was clean as were the hallways and elevator. The only downside was that there was some highway noise that could be heard at night especially.
