Hi we had an overall pleasant stay and the staff were excellent.

The room was not quite as the pictures depicted … the outdoor space is totally under revelation and not usable. The managers were quite helpful, and friendly…. Gave us free breakfast to make up for the room. Location was close and convenient …

The staff was wonderful, kind and helpful if we needed anything, and patient with my broken french (they all spoke English well as well). The area was close to tourist site, food, shopping and transportation. Paris air conditioning has nothing on North America but our room was comfortable.

Air-conditioning middle of the heat was excellent. Good breakfast! Stuff was very friendly and helpfull. Room was made one time of a day very well and the bed was good. The location at the Pigalle area was very good (near metro and the music shops). The area is also beautiful (near Montremartre) and safe.

First the staff was EXCELLENT , check in was easy however I reserved a room facing east with a balcony and although the hotel lnows how to take a reservation, they just don't know how hold a reservation. We ended up with a 20 meter square room with no balcony and facing the court yard shared by hotel and three apartment buildings. Room 61 shared a common wall aith apartment laundry room so at 0230 someone decided they needed to do laundry and yell at there spouse. You can here room 62 using restroom too. The hotel is great for a one or two noght stay but I'd not stay longer. Plus side , room was clean organized and bed was comfortable.

Small room but adequate for our needs. Great location - nearest metro station 5 mins away. Only 20mins walk from Gare du Nord. Lots of little restaurants on the same street so spoilt for choice for our evening meal. Ensuite shower and toilet. Continental and cooked breakfast included. Comparable to a 3star bed and breakfast in London.

My mother and I stayed at the hotel for six nights and had a very pleasant experience. The staff are helpful, polite, and proactive. One of them even speaks Portuguese, which was a lovely surprise. The breakfast is quite complete, with delicious warm croissants. The location is excellent, close to two metro stations that provide easy access to all the main tourist attractions in Paris. We highly recommend it!
