Great stay in Toronto

Stay was amazing as always. There was a noise issue with the room next door. They handled it well and moved us to another room. Also comped us for the upgrade and gave us a free breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not nice.

Both room and washroom have seen their days. Washroom does not have fan ventilation. Room AC has not option to cool down as the whole building is under heating; given a small fan instead. Not the cleanest room for sure. Swimming pool has seen better days. Beware of rust going up to the water slide.
