It was ur basic budget, bed and shower. The wood frame mirror in our bathroom was held together with black duct tape. The room was so, so clean. Needs updated badly. It was a down grade from the Quality Inns I've stayed at in the past. The breakfast buffet was a far cry from a buffet. Waffles, toast, cold cereal and watered down coffee. We needed a clean bed and a shower for an unexpected overnight trip, without a large expense. This was ok for what we paid.

Well, the first room smelled like cigarettes. They did switch it for me—the other one was very clean—but the common areas were very, very dirty; the restaurant, the hallways, and the stairwells were all filthy. They really should clean more often. The air conditioning was indeed very good, and the staff were helpful.

We arrived and checked in with a friendly staff member. Went up to our room (King bed) and it was not cleaned, dirty towels all over the bathroom and bed was slept in. Returned to the front desk, staff was apologetic. She afforded to have the room cleaned, change rooms or a refund. We choose a different room but had to go with 2 double beds. That room was okay but the floor was dirty, in bad need of mopping. The whole hotel looks like it could use some updating. Our biggest compliant is the inconsiderate guests, wanting to have loud conversations with rooms across from each other. The hallways are all tile, so the sound carries all the way up and down the hallways.

Rooms were a little dirty. We let the front desk know the toilet still had stuff on it. They handed us the spray bottle and a rag. We sprayed it and cleaned it a few times before using it. I cleaned the room myself. The beds are comfy. It was nice quiet stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful however the room I had chosen was not the room I was given so I had to have this changed. It is advertised as a breakfast but it is more of a continental breakfast. There were limited options to choose from. The pool was very cold, it was not heated at all so not enjoyable at all. Looks great in pictures.

Rooms were DIRTY, broken fixtures in bathrooms, good thing there were plungers in the bathrooms. pool area was dirty and the water was cloudy. The free breakfast was a joke to say the least. Overall cleanliness was poor. Dirty parking lots. Overall I would highly recommend choosing a different hotel. The staff was friendly.
