Staff was very helpful (we had questions about how to navigate the PATH system and general getting around). The room was very clean and spacious and was much more than we were expecting for the price point. The room was a bit loud (but that's being in Toronto - and the central location- next time we'd like to stay on a higher maybe). There was also security at night and a no party policy which allowed for a really good experience! Will definitely be back

Great Location and Value
We were warmly greeted and prompt check in. The room was lovely. It was surprisingly super quiet and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. We appreciated the cutlery and dishes in the room. The pullout couch was so-so, but is there ever a good one. One disappointment was I question the cleanliness as there was an old pair of panty house under the end table. It makes one wonder how thorough the cleaning process is. This should've never been missed. I would stay there again though as the location and value was spot on.

Great hotel but expect security after 10
We stayed only one night and had a very lovely suite. The hotel has a great location in downtown Toronto - walking distance to many places. The security after 10 pm though is extreme. In addition to using your swipe card, a security guard and management was present. Is this because of the location? Scary
