    I can't say enough about this place. From the moment we booked, we started getting emails about events happening in Paris and the surrounding areas. Then a few days before, we got both an advanced check in email (to make check in faster) and a courtesy email asking if we needed directions, what restaurants to go to, what tours we needed... A phenomenal level of service. On site staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was small (all as are in Paris) but very comfortable, and we got upgraded! Loved this hotel. I would return!

    Decor was unique. Rooms were smal for a family of 4. Photos are a bit deceiving as to how much room is in the junior suite! But a great location with fantastic staff.

    Did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. I don’t understand why it gets such a high rating. Our room was small which we expected but the condition of the room was poor. Carpets on the floor were dirty and lighting was poor. Room And bathroom were dark. Furniture was old and worn. Carpets on stairs and hallways were dirty and worn. The only good things about this hotel are the location, staff friendly and helpful and front doors were locked at all times. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it.

    ..no view, tucked on side street They have a breakfast room for extra charge but the food didn't seem to warrant the price. Small room but once you figured out how to move in it and where to put things it was ok. The bathroom didn't flush well so that was annoying. Very nice day staff and the night guy always remembered you.
