Great location to explore all that Patriots Point has to offer! Gorgeous view of the harbor from the resort grounds. Great place to watch a sunset! Staff was phenomenal especially Shawnna at the Marina Store (free ice cream daily plus she is a sweetheart!), the night time manager Noah and front desk Andrew exceptionally helpful. Huge plus was the outdoor heated pool and free shuttle into and from Charleston historic district.

Generally, the property is nice with amazing views. The room, especially the bathroom is in desperate need of maintenance / updates. The faucet spayed all over, the sink was detached, caulk was dirty and broken throughout.

The outdoor pool area is stunning. We visited in the winter and were thrilled to discover the pool was heated and there was a great hot tub overlooking the harbor. They had an outdoor bar with live music. It was fantastic.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful spot, went for breakfast which is $20 per head and you wouldn’t expect to be paying an extra $4 for a small glass of orange juice. Left a sour taste I’m afraid .

Room was a bit outdated and needed some TLC. The sliding bathroom door was challenging to close/lock and the AC had alot of issues keeping the room cool. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was spacious.
The hall would frequently have an odor which was a bit unpleasant.
The pool and fire pit areas are absolutely amazing, best part of the resort.
It would be good to have more dining options on the resort , if you don’t have a car your nearest options aren’t really within walking distance.
