This boutique hotel is in a great location. Though it is an older property, there has been some minor updating and it is extremely well kept and clean. Staff is very attentive to needs and we had a pleasurable stay. Very open to staying here again.

Small, modest, older property. Very nice, accommodating staff. Our one bedroom with kitchenette was very spacious. Small hot tub and small pool were perfect. A beautiful view of ocean from small, roof top patio. I would stay here again.

The pool and hot tub are nice if a little dated. This quaint, historic property would be superb with a couple more finishing touches. The staff are responsive and go the extra mile to ensure comfort.

Small hotel, very spacious room, friendly staff. It is a well maintained and clean property, but it is very noisy at nights. It was a good fit for us looking to get involved in the live of the city,and to test the local food. There are plenty of restaurants around, it is 5 min walk to the beach.

Spacious rooms, very clean, and friendly staff. Would absolutely stay again, but want to share some small issues that if fixed would have made our stay perfect. 1) No hot water in our room 2) TV doesn’t work 3)Curtains let in a lot of light 4)Nobody told us we needed to know a code for the front gate. We came in after a night out around 5am and we had to wake up the security guard to let us in lol Otherwise a very pleasant stay:) We would definitely come again.

The rooms have a lot of space. Beds are comfortable and staff is extremely kind. It is adults only what makes it special. There is no much sun in the pool area so it is usually empty. The terrace upstairs it is a must see. I really recommend it.

Great location, the hotel was clean. 24 hour guest service, which made the hotel feel more safe. Shower was cold, but fixed immediately when bought up to attention with hotel manager. Weird extra guest surcharge of 300 pesos per visit. Hotel took a deposit of 1000 pesos, which was returned upon deposit receipt.

My partner and I enjoyed our week-long stay at Petit Hotel Pilitas. The staff was very helpful and accommodating; we both felt welcomed. The cleaning staff was quick and efficient. Our suite was spacious and clean, and when we found the TV was not working, it was fixed the same day. Our bedroom room on the ground floor was relatively close to the street, so there was considerable traffic noise until early morning. The pool and jacuzzi were nice places to hang out with our friendly neighbors. The apartment was also within a block and a half of the beach, and there were numerous bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. I would recommend Hotel Pilitas and stay there again!

Nice to have the kitchen in the room. Rooms were OK. Had a problem with A/C but the staff had maintenance repair within 24 hours - It was a bit prison like - you could have absolutely no guest to your room without paying additional - I was with a friend, who was staying at a different hotel, and he was not allowed to come to my room to get a band-aid (and this was in the middle of the day- not sure if this was about security or having no one else on property.

It’s a very bad place, they made terrible with the renovation they just paint and vet the old paint. Showers are awful, you have to ask to the staff to turn on the water heater. The room look empty with very poor decoration, the windows don’t seal so you will listed the people talking on the street, I mean they give you a key with a lace! I wish they would have keep the Cora, the old facility as it was. It wasn’t cleaning but it was much more fun and no trying to make a place that isn’t like a boutique hotel!! Bad

First off, the check in office staff woman was so charming and so lovely. What a smile. The room (#6) on the second floor was spacious with a good sized kitchen and lots of sitting options. The air con kept the bedroom coolio. Close to the beach, great food and beer/cocktails and art galleries, live music, etc. etc. Adios! for now amigos.
