The beds are rock hard, no hot water at the bathroom sink. Shower head is broken, clock buzzed so load I had to unplug it. The whole hotel needs a major overhaul There’s better hotels for the same price in Edmonton.

Run down run of the mill
We came here for a buying show at the Expo center. We seen good reviews about this Hotel but sadly I think they are wrong. I honestly find it hard to say something good about the building iteself. The staff were nice and friendly but this place is run down. The beds were lumpy, the thermoststat didnt work and it was 28 degrees in the room. No housekeeping was done during the day. The place was just shabby.

My wife and I stayed overnight in connection with an event being held at the hotel. The price was good, as was the service and cleanliness, but the room was badly in need of a refresh. The bathroom, in particular, was in very poor shape. One of the elevators was not working, which meant long waits at times. Overall, just okay.

Dirty rooms
We have stayed here many times in the past in the main hotel. We were put in the other part of the hotel and the room was dirty. Floors had garbage on it and very very dirty. The sheets and blanket had blood stains on them. We called the front and they moved us to a different room but it wasnt much better than the first. We asked if we could stay in the main hotel and he said it was booked up so we had no choice. We ended up paying 140.44 for the room and 250 dollar deposit. Not worth the price and if i didnt have to catch the bus from this hotel we would have stayed elsewhere for the price. Lots of cheaper nicer hotels in the city but no choice. For this stay i give it 2 out of 10.

It was an alright room, saying this because the beds were a bit hard & we didn't have a microwave. Super friendly staff, disappointed they dont have continental breakfast anymore. If you need a microwave im assuming youd have to ask for one to be delivered.

The property seemed very outdated and my bathroom smelled like cigarettes. I think the rates are $20 too high for what you get. I woke up with 3 different restaurant takeout flyers under my door. It felt like an oversized Motel 6. The staff was extremely friendly.

When you watch in there was like a really weird smell and i basically had to hold my breath every time i went thru the lobby. Also in the restaurant the service was slow and she didn't really check on us that often and i had to go find her just to get my water refilled. But the interior inside the lobby was cool, and the lady at the front desk was really nice and friendly. Our room was okay, kinda dated and the mirror placement was kinda low. Had to kinda squat when looking into it but like I'm also a tall person so yeah.
