The customer service that we were provided during our 2 day stay. Nicole who checked is abd helped us with numerous issues given we are seniors and technology impaired. Lol. Special thanks to the maintenance man (tall with ponytail) and manager who helped us on 2nd day of our stay. Neglected to grt their names so y apologies. Was able to maneuver wheel chair in room. Shower was awesome! Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. If we ever need a hotel in Rhinelander this will be our choice for sure.

It's a pretty old place, reasonably clean and maintained. The air conditioner was terribly noisy so we didn't run it much, which may be why the room felt 'muggy' and the carpet seemed slightly damp to bare feet. The shower flow was barely adequate. The pool looked nice but we didn't have suits with us. There was only housekeeping staff two out of three days.

This hotel needs an overhaul the rooms are terrible old stained chairs and it smells like cat pee. The windows leak so you cannot see out of them. The parking lot needs to be completely redone. This used to be a very good hotel but it’s definitely not now. Really disappointed.

The one negative about my stay was the wifi. It worked better with my laptop than my phone. However, it was intermittent and unreliable. I expect good wifi when I pay over $100 for a room
