Customer service was great and they were able to accommodate and fix all issues that were presented but when we checked into our room, the AC unit didn’t work and the door wouldn’t lock properly and they needed security to let us in for first 24 hours until we had maintenance come up and install a strike plate for the door to be truly secure. The bed was very comfortable but the floor inside the room was extremely dirty. Don’t walk barefoot without wipes by the bed!!!

I really tried to like this hotel but there were too many red flags: room card constantly failing, no central A/C, no remotes to the TV, understaffed. The location is unbeatable but if you stay aim to get the best looking room possible.
