The Hilton Garden Inn on Indian School Rd. in Scottsdale is a friendly, adequate hotel located near to all the attractions of Old Scottsdale. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room was quiet, in spite of being directly adjacent to an elevator shaft. The hotel does offer a breakfast buffet for $24.95 which is more than adequate. Or you can choose to walk 10 minutes to one of several excellent breakfast restaurants. The staff was helpful, friendly, and responsive. We chose to park our rental car in the underground garage for $25 a day. This would especially attractive in the hot weather months in Arizona. The only gripe we had was the wifi which flickered on and off repeatedly every few seconds at times for the entire stay. We will strongly consider this hotel for future visits to the Phoenix area.

They Don’t Clean Everyday
They don’t clean your room everyday. Only every other day unless you specifically request it. For the prices they charge, daily room cleaning should not be an option. There was a pipe hammering in the wall every time someone used the water in other rooms. Very annoying. They charge for parking, $22. They think they are in Las Vegas

Great location. Easy walk to many Old Town locations. Nice property. Surprised to have to pay $20+ per day for parking, $75 incidental hold PER day. $25+ for breakfast. $6 in room water. Kinda felt a bit like the airlines with bag fees, in flight beverage and meal fees, etc.

Hilton is the way to go!
From the beginning after our long drive we were greeted by great front desk. Very helpful and suggestions. We felt welcomed and the energy there felt right. Customer service was top notch. Close to old town they even have courtesy golf card rides to places. I had 3 teenage girls and everyone was happy. Will be back!
