However, the bedsheets were dirty, there were many bugs and spiders in the bedroom and bathroom, and the cost was high for the quality of the experience.

Room is dirty with visible stains on beddings and towels. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with strong musty odour of the room. Used towel hanging behind the door, hair in washroom everywhere.
Staff is kind and polite so it's merely just the cleanliness that needs to be improved.

Staff Manager Arib was excellent. Nice , courteous, polite and flexible. While there are always some issues with motels, it is their speedy resolution of issues that mattered. Definitely recommendable! And only 1.6M from Falls!
