Unbeatable location and friendly staff!
We had a great stay at Hyatt this past week. The location is central - you don't really need a car. Lots of places are accessible by foot or public transporation. The staff at the front desk were all so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to friends!

Excellent, safe and elegant area of Philly
The city area of the hotel is really excellent, close of everything (nice restaurants and shops). The only problem that we have was in the first night we had an alarming in the hotel, everybody had to move downstairs, no big problem, but the hotel had very little staff to deal with the situation.
