Poor service
Location is decent they have a beautiful view of the ocean. The reason I scored so low is because the service was so bad we checked in early and they told us our room was ready. Our room was not ready we went then went to get food came back,we were told room was ready again, not ready. We talked to someone outside of our room and they said other rooms are being prioritized over ours. Cycle repeated two more times.

I like the beach right in front of this hotel. Parking was good, however, my room was facing to the highway. I thought we were booked to the room with the ocean view for the price I paid. There are a few things that I didn’t like where I stayed for the price I paid. As I travel to the places before, first time ever, I’m complaining about staying this hotel/condo. If I had known in June when I made the reservation, I would find another place. My husband and I were very disappointed and not happy at all.☹️

Bait and switch! The property used misleading photos for the unit that we ended up receiving. We received an armpit unit that was on the backside of the property with no kitchen or balcony. In addition to being dishonest there were numerous problems that marred an otherwise pleasant stay in Maui. Poor Room Design: -Tiny 150 sq. foot room didn't even have space to store bags on the floor -Jalousie (louvered) windows are not sound mitigating, can hear all of the noise from outside -Only window is in the hallway and single paned - so privacy natural light is impossible, and you hear all of the noise from outside -None of the doors have soft closers and they all slam shut at all hours of the day -Curtain is weaved and only light filtering, so street light comes in, even at night -Toilet tank cover didn't fit the tank, could have fallen and injured someone with a good bump -Toilet was directly in front of the sink - so difficult to stand in front of the sink and wash hands -Toilet paper dispenser was tucked in a cabinet behind the toilet Poor Service: -Front desk is only open from 8AM-5PM -No housekeeping services unless requested, so often had to take out own trash or sweep up the floor -Not enough beach towels - they had already run out at 9AM -WiFi Password is just your room number, so anyone could access your network and potentially steal your information So to summarize, if you'd like to be misled and have a tiny/noisy/dirty room - then by all means book here.

The Mana Kai Resort was absolutely beautiful! The view was amazing, the grounds were so clean and beautiful. My only complaint would be new bedding would be nice! Pillows, comforter, and sheets were all very old and worn. You expect clean crisp bedding in a resort this expensive and nice! We would definitely come back!
