Great renovation room

Just one night for business, but stayed in the updated room and I must say the amenities and the updates were perfect. Truly made a big difference from past days in the older rooms. Only complaint would be there is still such limited parking and with the construction even more so.

Aging well

The rooms are aging but well maintained and extremely clean. Service at the front desk was more focused on selling you the new Hilton membership and less about conveying useful information. We had a 3 night stay and absolutely no maid service ... not even to empty the garbage until we called. It would have been good to get such information on check out. Otherwise, the grounds are beautiful and the rooms are large and clean. Just dont expect a firm mattress!

Beautiful & Convenient Resort BUT Subpar Room

The resort property alone is wonderful, especially for families. Tons of activities to do and there are alot of beautiful areas to hang out for the day near the creek/park area. It's also within walking distance of Tlaquepaque which is one of the best parts that you MUST SEE while in Sedona. The bed was comfortable and our room had everything you would need. The ONLY note I have is that the room itself is extremely dated. There were stains and chipping paint all over the walls and floors, the carpet was "crunchy" and felt like it needed a good deep clean. The kitchen area looked like it had been beat up a bit around the appliances, cabinets, etc., and needed some major TLC. Considering the price per night(almost $400/night after the resort fee), I would expect an immaculate room with upkeep of the overall aesthetic.

Definitely would go again!

Perfect location. Just across the parking lot from Tlaquepaque Village! Walking distance to most places. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was quite comfortable and had everything we needed. The room had just been renovated and was fantastic. Loved sitting in the patio in the morning enjoying the view and coffee.

Was just there for 1 night everything was good except my room did have like that weird carpet smell but aside from all that all was great . Jed at front desk was very helpful and informative. He definitely set a positive tone during my check in and check out process . I would stay here again but just give the carpets some TLC

UNFRIENDLY TO THE DISABLED

While driving across country I chose this resort for the beauty, and they mention the restaurants. Etc. They need to be clear that not only are the restaurants separate from the hotel, but they do not have room service. Important to those of us on major driving journeys. I wouldn’t have chosen this site had I known. Plus, the bike themed restaurant- they were super hostile, simply put - ignorant - to federal laws regarding service dogs. It was awful. I had to explain the federal law and they still dug in. Really bad. Which is also against federal law. Extreme PTSD is not a visible disability. It was bad. The worst I’ve ever experienced. Besides that restaurant violating my rights which are protected by the American Disabilities Act, they’re also lessening the opportunity for the property to thrive. Their incredibly insensitive behavior also reflects on this beautiful property and their business

A great place to stay

I have seen other reviews about this place being outdated although this is actually a great place. They have free yoga and other group classes, tennis, parks, golf, etc. I thought it was really lovely each unit has a cute balcony and a mini kitchen, etc. Also it is literally in walking distance to a whole little like town and restaurant area. I would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful place to stay! I loved having our own little private entrance to our studio room. Richard checked us in! He was so helpful with telling us everything we needed to know about the resort. Thank you Richard!

See you in fall

This is our favorite place to stay in Sedona. We love how you have a separate bedroom. The pool and hot tube is great. Close to everything and you can walk to many restaurants and stores.
