I adore this hotel. Everything is great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Little details like daily chocolate and water. The location is nice in Basse Ville. Only ick is the parking is a bit difficult to get to and every time I had to knock at the valet cabin to get service.

This hotel was a cozy retreat during Carnaval. Our room (and bathroom) was spacious and spotless. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and there was always coffee and hot chocolate available. The location was terrific as well. Within a 10 minute walk of multiple wonderful restaurants.

Loved this hotel. In a quieter area, but withing minutes of walking to the funicular or Petite Champlain. We loved to hang out in the lobby in the late evenings and enjoyed the fireplace and free cappuccinos. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family
