Awful condition
The hotel is in terrible condition. Almost scary…. Smelled bad, carpet ripped up, dirty, paint coming off the walls.

Don't stay here!!!
Arrived after dark and the sign was not lit, parking lot poorly lit, thought the hotel was closed. Found entrance and received one key card. Got room and it was so poorly lit we had to use cell phone flashlight to unpack bags. My wife left a couple of pretzels on the nightstand and next morning nothing but crumbs, mice? Terrible!

The conference Center and our room was clean. The stairs leading to the rooms on the second floor were carpeted and very dirty and need vacuuming. Older hotel needed updating but clean. The lunch dinner menu was a treat- lots of Indian food choices.

Dirty, smelly, cheap
Cheapest, dirtiest, crappiest motel I’ve ever stayed in. No daily cleaning, the room was not clean when we checked in. Ice machine doesn’t work, they serve “breakfast” that was such a dirty mess- stale bread and eggs with watery substance. Just very poorly ran and seriously smelly and dirty

Pool area redone nicely but is located out in the open in the lobby. Breakfast had been hit hard by staying workers early, and didn't have more to put out for other guests

Keep driving!
DONT STAY HERE! I usually stay in Casper but this was the only place with rooms so I tried to tell myself the other reviews were maybe exaggerated. NOPE! It’s super run down the pictures don’t match. The floors clearly haven’t been cleaned in a LONG time. The bathroom floors were sticky. Everything was filthy. I had to run through and clean counters and commonly touched things. Just disgusting. And that smell? It hit me in the middle of that night—it smells familiar because it’s MOLD. Which explains the obvious fresh paint everywhere. And once we realized the smell is mold we started to notice black mold in the bathroom and the corners of the room. Wild this place is still up and running!

This property was priced right, but ceiling tiles were missing the restaurant was disorganized, breakfast was almost non-existent and not kept clean by staff. Two of the three beautiful wood doors into the ballroom appeared to be boarded shut from the inside and the middle door was a ugly commercial steel grey door. A picnic table outside one of the back entrances was occupied by people who my have not been staying at the hotel. The lawn sprinkler system had broken sprinkler heads and the lawn was all brown and taken over by weeds. It appears the owners don't care about the property.

Great customer service
I know there have been reviews about this hotel that aren't the best. It's an older hotel however the accommodations were good. The pool is really nice and the area around it is very nice. The food- oh my! India cuisine was exquisite! They also saw my daughter was in a wheelchair and moved us to the first floor.

Don’t wast your time
The pics on the website must have been from when the place was new . Saw lots of things that were in disrepair and dirty . Window sill in my room was covered with ashes in a non smoking motel. Free breakfast was a joke , messy counters no attendant . Missing food items were not being replaced. Overall a poor experience , won’t stay here again.

Not a true continental breakfast. It was self serve but make your own. There was a carton of eggs sitting on counter and you had to crack and cook your own. Very poor lighting in breakfast area almost in the dark. Rooms were filthy and flooring in hallways at times was just planks of wood

Nice new carpet in the lobby and hallways. We got there in the evening and the room had never been cleaned after the previous rental. Piece of wood with protruding nail on the sidewalk out front. Water dripping from the first floor ceiling into a laundry cart. Broken footlight on a step in the lobby with metal frame hanging where you could trip on it and screw just lying there a few inches away. Front desk staff didn't seem too concerned about any of it. Lamp wasn't working in second room that we were shown. Overall rundown appearance inside and out along with lack of empathy from front desk made us decide to go elsewhere.

The pool was great, but everything else was dilapidated, failing apart, and dirty looking. There was no actual blanket on the bed, just a thin decorative fabric ontop of the sheet. Window screens were falling off, the outside of the buildings were in disrepair, the remodeled room had tile base boards falling off. Tvs weren't working correctly and the staff did not speak English. But the pool was great.
